Booking terms
Deposit / Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required for all bookings.
If you book your appointment in the salon, you can pay your deposit in-store at the time of booking or, alternatively, you will receive a text message containing a secure payment link to confirm your appointment.
For online bookings, the required deposit will be requested during the booking process and must be paid to finalise your appointment.
Please note:
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or held as a credit on your account for future use.
Our deposit policy helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, allowing us to better manage our appointment schedule and continue providing the highest level of service to all of our valued clients.
